About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consolidated and custom reports for high-net-worth clients and family offices
- Work directly with Relationship Managers and 3rd party advisors
- Handle client inquiries and resolve reporting issues
- Configure Addepar reporting and resolve related issues
- Run monthly and quarterly reporting for clients, families, and foundations
- Update asset classification and security pricing in Addepar
- Reconcile accounts in Addepar with an internal performance team
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve client issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Addepar experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of performance and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of private investments
- Ability to analyze monthly performance returns
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of performance analysis concepts
- Experience with First Rate and Sungard AddVantage a plus
