About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consolidated and custom reports for high-net-worth clients and family offices
  • Work directly with Relationship Managers and 3rd party advisors
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve reporting issues
  • Configure Addepar reporting and resolve related issues
  • Run monthly and quarterly reporting for clients, families, and foundations
  • Update asset classification and security pricing in Addepar
  • Reconcile accounts in Addepar with an internal performance team
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve client issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Addepar experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of performance and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of private investments
  • Ability to analyze monthly performance returns
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of performance analysis concepts
  • Experience with First Rate and Sungard AddVantage a plus
