Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years recruitment experience within financial services (required)
  • knowledge of wealth management, asset management and related infrastructure areas preferred
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • strong client service and relationship management skills
  • Proven direct sourcing experience
  • excellent research skills
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite
