About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop appropriate recruiting plans
- Deploy a range of innovative and effective sourcing and selection strategies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years recruitment experience within financial services (required)
- knowledge of wealth management, asset management and related infrastructure areas preferred
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills
- strong client service and relationship management skills
- Proven direct sourcing experience
- excellent research skills
- Experience using an ATS
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
