Build relationships with stakeholders across the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
10+ years’ experience at an asset management firm
5+ years in performance or reporting focused roles
Addepar reporting subject matter expertise
1-3 years people management experience
Deep expertise in accounting, performance, trading, and investment research data across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equity, Alternatives)
Successful track record working on reporting transformative efforts leveraging modern reporting and business intelligence tools
Strong background working with front office (client relationship managers and investment professionals) to translate business use cases into reporting requirements
Entrepreneurial spirit to build stop-gap tactical solutions
