About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for supporting projects within Change Management discipline
  • Initiate, organize, analyze, and complete projects that address business goals
  • Coordinate project team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project meetings, write detailed requirements, and maintain project documentation
  • Contribute towards user acceptance test planning and execute user acceptance testing
  • Manage resources and deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Serve as a liaison between project participants
  • Prepare project reports and status updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience using established project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience focused in private wealth management and/or investment management is strongly preferred
  • Experience with a portfolio accounting system transition
  • Familiarity with FIS Addvantage, SEI’s Wealth Platform, Charles River Development (CRD) for order management and investment book of records, or Addepar is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all audiences
  • Negotiation and mediation skills
