Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration, integration and/or security
- Prior management experience preferred
- Ability to provide a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes
- Strong understanding of data governance, SOX control, SDLC management, and security best practices.
