Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with local and national teams for I&C designs.
Develop I&C designs including specifications, control strategies, wiring diagrams, P&IDs.
Conduct control system startups for industrial and municipal projects.
Oversee control panel and system architecture design and compliance with cyber-security requirements.
Maintain technical quality for controls-related electrical design and selection of instrumentation and control equipment.
Provide mentorship and support to less experienced team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically, a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in I&C engineering or related field.
20+ years of experience as an instrumentation and control design engineer for government, municipal, and/or industrial water and wastewater projects, or private-sector clients.
Advanced knowledge of industrial process control networking, control strategies and control system cyber security concepts.
Extensive knowledge of process instrumentation equipment, including controller and HMI systems.
Ability to work with engineers/designers in Revit/BIM environments along with AutoCAD or Bentley P&ID software.
Must have achieved or be working towards achieving professional registration (P.E.).
