About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Senior Owner’s Advisors in successful planning, procurement development and strategy, procurement and project execution, and compliance of collaborative delivery projects.
Act as a liaison between the project owner and various stakeholders.
Help Owner’s selection of project delivery methods, plan and support market sounding, develop Requests for Qualifications and Proposals, identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies, and review responses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience is required.
Typically, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Prior experience supporting management of small, straightforward projects.
Prior experience in and understanding of collaborative project procurement or delivery – Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC or GC/CM) – preferred.
