About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

perform subcontractor oversight and/or Owner’s Advisor (OA) services at a wide variety of project sites
support Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)/Design-Build projects
oversee all onsite operations and be responsible for implementing BC’s safety and quality programs
develop and manage project schedules
manage and coordinate with subcontractors
track production, change management, submittals, and RFIs
direct all subcontractors on the project
collaborate with project director, project engineer, and project manager
conduct training and assist with office-based project management tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in construction management or related field
proficiency in construction management and project management techniques and practices
strong skills in managing contractor or subcontractor activities
excellent understanding of scope definition and ability to manage changes effectively
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience
current and valid driving license and good driving record
experience with project scheduling (P6, MS Project) and construction management systems (Procore)
thorough knowledge of construction practices involved with major wastewater construction projects
