Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience
Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, including leading and developing other leaders
Proven track record of successfully managing within a matrixed/enterprise business model
Prior experience in managing an operational area and a firm understanding of business principles and financial management
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, business management or a related field is required.
