About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of complex process mechanical piping designs and equipment layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.
Coordinate P&IDs and piping specifications, ensuring designs are accurate and meet project requirements.
Involve cross-discipline model coordination and clash resolution for seamless designs.
Develop detailed process mechanical and piping drawings, ensuring they meet required levels of detail at project design gates and milestones.
Responsible for valve and equipment scheduling, ensuring accurate documentation and scheduling.
May mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of process mech design or related experience.
Experience in carrying out complex technical support or production/manual tasks.
Strong proficiency in utilizing Revit/AutoCAD for design purposes.
Extensive knowledge in process mechanical piping design and process mechanical equipment layout.
Skilled in coordinating P&ID and piping specifications.
Strong in cross discipline model coordination/clash resolution.
Advanced understanding of level of detail at project design gates/milestones.
Preferred Skills and Experience 5-10 years of experience in municipal and/or industrial projects (water and/or wastewater treatment plant experience preferred).
Experience with Microstation, in addition to Revit and AutoCAD.
