About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide coaching and support on health and safety policies
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and work observations
Support the development of project-specific Health and Safety Plans
Maintain and support local office health and safety policies
Support regulatory compliance with health and safety standards
Facilitate company H&S Training program
Respond to incidents and coordinate necessary responses
Maintain health and safety policies and procedures
Provide basic ergonomic support and guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience in a health and safety role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Strong knowledge in hazard assessment and control principles
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Health and Safety or related field
Relevant Board of Certified Safety Professionals certification or ability to obtain
Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
