Key responsibilities & impact

Performs full scope of architectural services including concept design, building code analysis reports, construction drawings and specifications, detailing, and support during permitting, bidding, and construction
Conducts detailed investigation of current conditions, prepares documentation and reports
Coordinates and reviews disciplines in an integrated project approach to help ensure all aspects of design and implementation are cohesive and aligned
Provides recommendations and consults on building materials selection
Ensures building and site aesthetics are incorporated within the design and are based on project requirements
Provides construction support, review of shop drawings and prepares RFIs and addendum

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires minimum of 5 years of architecture experience or other related experience
Advanced knowledge of planning and executing building designs and materials
Advanced experience in documentation, reporting, discipline coordination, and problem-solving
Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
Proficient in building codes; and knowledge of national standards
A degree in Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience is required
