Key responsibilities & impact

leading the growth and development of the Technology Market Sector within BC's Private Sector Business Unit
achieving the firm’s prominence in IW through application of best technical, project management and client services practices
developing and implementing project delivery strategies and tactics, in collaboration with PSBU, Design Services and Integrated Project Delivery leaders
planning, executing, and overseeing projects to be completed on time, within budget, while meeting quality standards and health and safety requirements
monitoring progress, managing risks and change, resolving challenges, and communicating with stakeholders to provide regular updates
managing mid-sized to large projects independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large projects with progressively increasing responsibility
competency in development and monitoring of moderate project schedules
competency in development and monitoring of moderate project budgets
competency in Risk Management
experience leading cross functional teams
proven experience in project planning, risk and change management, and contract management of mid-size projects
previous experience applying specialized knowledge in project management to deliver the solutions for clients
a bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration or equivalent relevant experience is required
MS in engineering and/or MBA preferred
PE registration preferred
strong written and verbal communication skills
high level of emotional intelligence
process engineering expertise
