  • Leading the growth and development of the IW Service Line
  • Achieve the firm’s prominence in IW through application of best practices
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies
  • Accountable for the performance and results of projects
  • Active business and risk manager capable of successfully planning and executing projects
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching to project team members
  • Deliver the BC experience to employees by providing guidance and coaching staff
  • Deliver the BC experience to clients by acting as a trusted advisor
  • Work in and contribute to all areas of the IW business
  • Lead and create sustainable project delivery capabilities for the service line

Requirements

  • Minimum BS in science or engineering
  • Preferred MS in engineering and/or MBA
  • Preferred PE registration
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering and project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
