About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Attend all estimates on time.
  • Price new opportunities within 24 hours of the onsite visit with prospect using The Brothers that just do Gutters production rates.
  • Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call.
  • Contact/maintain all in-coming warm leads from Angi's, thumbtack and Yelp daily and schedule estimates.
  • Provide product differentiation to customer throughout selling process.
  • Effectively sell the company’s services to the customer in a competitive atmosphere.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids daily.
  • Get’s a “yes” or a “no” on all bids.
  • Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs.
  • Maintain closing percent of at least 45%.
  • Develop a well thought out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads for the company.
  • Complete Sales Tracker daily.
  • Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits.
