About the role
- Execute tactical creative requests from start to finish – delivering on-time and aligned with established creative guidance.
- Provide project coordination for scheduling and securing creative resources in partnership with creative operations.
- Clearly communicate project status to key cross functional partners.
- Communicate potential risks and proactively work to resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle.
- Enforce compliance with our work intake and workflow management tools.
- Work with requestors to clarify project specific information and requirements prior to kickoff.
- Monitor and assign individual responsibilities and enforce accountability of tasks and deadlines
- On occasion, partner with internal business partners and external vendors (such as printers, photographers, designers, copywriters, etc.).
- Partner and learn from other Account Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers on highly complex projects.
- Gain an understanding of the overall business by connecting and building relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Learn process improvement strategies for driving efficiency and provide recommendations to management.
- Contribute to a team culture committed to improving creative efficiencies and output, and serving as the voice of the runner, heart of the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related preferred OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1+ years of creative project management experience
- Experience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team preferred
- Working knowledge of best practices for creative development workflow, marketing campaigns, and production
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
- Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in strong working relationships
- Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat and expertise with Adobe Workfront
