About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the strategy and evolution of AI-enabled enterprise products for institutional solutions
- Lead the strategy and execution of CFA Institute's global B2B product portfolio
- Define and evolve the Institutional Solutions product roadmap
- Partner with engineering leaders, account managers, client success teams, delivery managers, and programme managers
- Translate strategic priorities into products that deliver measurable value for enterprise clients
- Contribute to shaping the multi-year IS portfolio strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with Technology and Engineering to translate product strategy into executable delivery plans
- Support and develop business analysts and potentially build a small product team over time
- Manage to an agreed budget and ensure efficient use of resources while delivering high-quality outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 plus years of experience in product management, with exposure to enterprise or B2B technology environments
- Strong preference for experience in technology‑enabled or education‑focused organizations
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments, with practical experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working alongside engineering teams
- Able to build effective working relationships with engineering leads, account managers, client success teams, delivery managers, and programme managers
- Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and translate direction into clear, well-structured roadmap plans
- Clear communicator with the confidence to manage expectations, surface risks, and keep stakeholders appropriately informed
- Outstanding communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing requirements without losing pace.
