About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support CAS platforms including LogicGate, Onit and NetDocuments
- Help migrate manual, Excel-based and legacy regulatory/risk reporting processes
- Elicit and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows
- Support system enhancements, configuration, testing cycles, UAT, issue resolution
- Bring project discipline to small projects and enhancements
- Partner with product, legal, risk, compliance, engineering and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business analysis, process analysis or systems analysis
- Practical exposure to Agile ways of working
- Experience supporting system enhancements
- Exposure to legal operations, compliance, risk, control, regulatory reporting, financial services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfort using AI or LLM tools
