Key responsibilities & impact

Support CAS platforms including LogicGate, Onit and NetDocuments
Help migrate manual, Excel-based and legacy regulatory/risk reporting processes
Elicit and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows
Support system enhancements, configuration, testing cycles, UAT, issue resolution
Bring project discipline to small projects and enhancements
Partner with product, legal, risk, compliance, engineering and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in business analysis, process analysis or systems analysis
Practical exposure to Agile ways of working
Experience supporting system enhancements
Exposure to legal operations, compliance, risk, control, regulatory reporting, financial services
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfort using AI or LLM tools
