About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and triage high volumes of test-centre incident reports
- Support investigations into potential exam security issues
- Manage security-related policy exceptions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders

- Support initiatives that protect CFA Institute exam content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in investigative, analytical or case-based work
- Evidence of critical thinking and independent judgement
- Comfort reviewing high volumes of incident, case or operational information
- Experience working with policies, processes or case management environments
- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to work with functions such as lookups and pivot tables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
