About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage one or more products within the portfolio
- Formulate and gain acceptance for new product strategies
- Oversee the activities of other Product Managers and Business Analysts as required to deliver compelling solutions that solve critical business problems and delight users
- Negotiate cross-functional product dependencies
- Work across team boundaries to identify and prioritize new product opportunities
- Support the development of budgets and business cases
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the products within CFA Institute or outside partners/vendors
- Collaborate with IT managers and others to align and prioritize key technology drivers
- Define and enhance existing Products with a continuous improvement mindset
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Automation, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation best practices
- Experience working with data-driven marketing strategies, segmentation, and personalization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
