Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite
Support the ongoing health, stability, and performance of finance systems, including issue diagnosis and resolution
Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes to support structured system improvements
Execute system enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT)
Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs within Jira and Confluence
Contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of progressive experience in ERP/finance systems roles
Demonstrated experience advising stakeholders and leading complex initiatives
Experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts preferred
Advanced experience with NetSuite (configuration, integrations, optimization, reporting architecture)
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (workflow design, documentation governance)
Expert-level ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture
Experience leading UAT, release planning, and change management
Strong analytical, data modeling, and process design capability
Deep understanding of finance systems architecture and controls (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
