About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise business transformation initiatives, from operating model design through to execution and embedding change
- Define programme frameworks, governance structures, and decision-making models that enable enterprise-wide transformation
- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, technology and business functions to align strategic priorities and drive organisational change
- Drive improvements to enterprise processes, operating models, and ways of working, not just tools and systems
- Develop and implement frameworks that enhance financial and project management capability across the organisation
- Drive portfolio and programme-level process enhancements, tools and enabling technologies
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and decision pathways
- Ensure compliance with ePMO standards, controls and documentation practices
- Collaborate across US and UK teams, building strong cross-border relationships
- Contribute to strengthening and maturing Enterprise PMO capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 to 12+ years’ experience leading complex, enterprise-scale strategic initiatives within global, matrixed organisations
- Proven experience leading enterprise business transformation initiatives, including operating model change, governance design, and cross-functional process improvement
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional programme teams and senior stakeholders without formal line authority
- Demonstrated ownership of programme structure, governance and delivery outcomes
- Experience leading business transformation initiatives, with exposure to enabling technology change
- Strong portfolio governance and financial oversight experience, including project controls and KPI management
- Experience delivering across waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies
- PMP, PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Workday, NetSuite) as enablers of broader transformation programmes
