Key responsibilities & impact

Lead requirements definition and solution design for ERP and custom development projects
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development team
Own the requirements pipeline from stakeholder engagement to signed-off documentation
Collaborate with software engineering leadership on non-functional requirements
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, business analysis, or systems implementation
3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment and hands-on involvement in ERP delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is a plus
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus
Strong requirements elicitation skills
Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and integration architecture (REST APIs, messaging, event-driven patterns)
Working knowledge of C# / .NET backend systems and Angular front-end architecture
