• Assist customers with placing orders

Customer Service Representative II

• Assist customers with placing orders

• Provide order status, product information, account status, pricing, or service to customers and Application Specialists in a timely manner
• Maintain close and effective communication with co-workers in sales, office, and warehouse
• Creation and maintenance of records relating to customer and vendor transactions; processing customer payments and documents
• Support local and company-wide sales goals
• Demonstrate understanding of Bron products and suggest and quote products based on customer needs/order history
• Assess/qualify new leads for sales representative engagement adhering to process
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information by identifying and addressing any inconsistencies with the appropriate departments
