• drafting and reviewing contracts, documents and supporting our partnership projects
• doing legal research and analysis on various legal and regulatory matters concerning either BrokerChooser or our broker-dealer partners
• keeping our records and internal documentation straight (e.g. company resolutions, board meeting minutes, employment agreements, supplier contracts)
• supporting our scam fighting efforts (e.g. get in contact with regulators and key stakeholders in the field, research and provide data to them to fight financial crimes)
• providing administrative and organizational support to other teams (e.g. HR, Finance, Operations, Squads, etc.)
