About the role

  • Development, maintenance and restructuring of the existing CRM setup in Klaviyo (including flows, segmentation, triggers, automations)
  • Design, planning and execution of cross-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, loyalty, postcard actions)
  • Building a customer lifecycle framework from onboarding to re-activation
  • Conducting A/B tests, performance analyses and deriving data-driven recommendations
  • Continuous optimization of KPI-driven campaigns (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, CLV, repeat purchase rate)
  • Close collaboration with Design & Content for the creative implementation of newsletters and automations
  • Management of CRM-related budgets, incentives and loyalty programs
  • Ensuring data quality, GDPR compliance and tracking (e.g., via UTM, Shopify, Klaviyo Analytics)
  • Reporting and presenting results to management and the marketing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing or retention marketing (ideally in e-commerce / fashion / lifestyle)
  • Deep knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, automations) and Shopify integration
  • Experience with data analysis, segmentation, CLV evaluation and performance reporting
  • Technical understanding of tracking, UTM parameters and data flows between CRM, shop and analytics
  • A strong sense of design, brand aesthetics and tone of voice – you can identify what resonates with our target audience
  • Hands-on mentality: you don’t just plan strategies, you implement them directly in the tool
  • Structured, independent working style, combined with creativity and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Experience with loyalty, retention or re-engagement campaigns (bonus programs, vouchers, etc.) is a plus
