About the role
- Own the commercial relationship with largest enterprise customers and PE-backed groups
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across PE-backed groups and roll-ups
- Turn 3-location pilots into 200-location rollouts and expand across portfolios
- Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells across existing portfolios
- Partner with Customer Success to package proof points and ROI into expansion deals
- Build relationships with group-level executives (finance, ops, call center leaders)
- Negotiate 6–7 figure enterprise contracts and umbrella MSAs
- Carry quota and drive enterprise expansion strategy
Requirements
- Experienced account manager with a track record of expanding enterprise accounts
- Comfortable carrying quota and negotiating complex contracts
- Skilled at building executive-level relationships and navigating political org structures
- Data-driven and ROI-focused — you know how to sell efficiency and impact
- Collaborative operator who works closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product
- Experience negotiating 6–7 figure enterprise contracts and MSAs
- Experience working with PE-backed groups and roll-ups
