About the role
- Build and manage a company-wide AI enablement program.
- Partner with department leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on support to teams adopting AI tools.
- Create best practices, playbooks, and shared frameworks to reduce duplicated effort.
- Support pilots and proof-of-concept projects, helping scale what works.
- Maintain a centralized AI knowledge hub with documentation and resources.
- Stay current on AI tools and trends, advising leadership on strategy and ROI.
Requirements
- Experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, or enablement programs.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools).
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent communicator who can translate AI concepts into business value.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to build processes and programs from scratch.
- Bonus Points Experience in SaaS, telecom, or fast-moving tech environments.
- Background in training, change management, or program management.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, or compliance considerations.
- Ability to run workshops and coach teams in hands-on AI usage.
