About the role
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new partners, ensuring a seamless ramp-up
- Deliver ongoing training and enablement to drive partner sales success
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, quoting, and closing documentation
- Review and validate partner orders for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Solutions Architects throughout the sales cycle
- Track and document sales milestones to ensure visibility and accountability
- Cultivate long-term relationships with partners and customers to drive loyalty and growth
- Represent Broadvoice as a brand ambassador in the channel community
- Resolve partner and customer concerns proactively to deliver strong CSI results without escalation
Requirements
- Experience in Channel Sales
- Proven success in sales or sales support roles with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presenter in both in-person and virtual settings
- Experience in telecommunications and B2B SaaS environments is a plus
- Success in building and scaling partner programs that drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 15%
