About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Sales team in daily administrative activities.
  • Manage internal SOX approval process for sales proposals/contracts.
  • Proofread and edit sales documents as required.
  • Manage collection, filing, and distribution of signed contract proposals.
  • Prepare Service Order Checklist for internal distribution.
  • Provide finance with signed contract proposals for monthly reporting.
  • Maintain and track contracts and agreements for reporting through Sales Tracking Log.
  • Assist in preparation of sales presentations and materials as required.
  • Maintain sales contact lists and assist with logistical arrangements for client events or meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Community College Diploma in Office Administration/Business/Marketing.
  • 1-2 years working experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate client information.
  • Ability to use AI-powered tools responsibly.
