Requirements
Proven experience setting the vision and strategic direction of the business.
Demonstrated success in expanding a business
Extensive experience in private debt and Collateral Loan Obligation market solutions.
Strong Financial skills with experience managing a P&L
Strong commercial sense, able to drive both the top and the bottom line and to meet stretch targets.
Effective leadership and people management skills
Upwardly mobile, ambitious, dynamic.
Not afraid of a challenge, and with the ability to solve problems.
Visionary with strong understanding of the latest trends in technology, and how these can be deployed to solve client problems and drive business results.
Excellent client and sales skills, comfortable operating at all levels of client organizations as well as internally.
