About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the delivery of contracted services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Oversee project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets while ensuring operational teams and partners clearly understand client requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and proactive communication.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service value or extend contracts.
  • Collaborate with account managers to highlight growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain consistent processes to review service performance, generate reports, and capture client feedback.
