About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and accounts
Manage client onboarding, reporting, communications, and ongoing support
Monitor key deadlines, filings, deficiency responses, and data-related requests
Advocate for clients and help maximize claims outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service and client satisfaction
Provide regular updates and reporting to clients
Help ensure timely payments and communicate distributions clearly
Support contract renewals and recurring client meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of class action experience
Significant experience in project management, client management, and/or account management
Comprehensive understanding of securities class action plan allocations
Experience with securities trading, including equity, debt, and derivative securities
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, legal studies, communications, or equivalent relevant experience
