Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for FP&A team
Integrate data from various sources to create unified datasets
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data alignment
Establish and enforce data governance standards within the finance team
Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and articulate the implications to business leaders
Strong communication and executive presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
