About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for bank and broker clients, owning requests and issues from initial inquiry through resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex client challenges involving products, data, and operational workflows
- Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating deep understanding of their business, priorities, and constraints
- Lead structured client discussions that focus on insights, risks, and opportunities
- Execute within established operational processes with accuracy and accountability
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues and implement changes
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders to support successful execution of initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, fintech, or financial services
- Proven ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of financial products and confidently interpret and communicate complex concepts
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and business tools, with the ability to analyze information, organize insights, and communicate clearly.
