Lead the design and deployment of complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based infrastructures
Implement and manage network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency
Provide advanced troubleshooting for network-related issues
Manage and execute network-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers
Work closely with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications

Requirements

5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role
Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
Knowledge of network security principles and best practices
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
