About the role
- Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions using new and existing technologies.
- Analyze system requirements and business processes to create effective and sustainable technical solutions.
- Write, test, debug, and document code according to established engineering standards and best practices.
- Ensure system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements are delivered successfully.
- Serve as a technical lead on projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
- Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
- Recommend process improvements, technology upgrades, and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align software solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and integrating solutions with MuleSoft.
- Proven expertise in application development, system architecture, and integration frameworks.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working independently and in cross-functional, Agile development environments.
