About the role
- Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) system to support efficient procurement operations.
- Partner with procurement, sourcing, and vendor management teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Manage user access, provide end‑user support, troubleshoot system issues, improve catalog and workflow processes, and coordinate with vendors on system updates and enhancements.
- Support testing, documentation, reporting, and change management efforts to drive continuous improvement and user adoption of the S2P platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 Yrs. Experience as a System Analyst / Administrator
- Source-To-Pay System Experience: i.e., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Zycus
- Proficiency in Supplier Onboarding
- Proficient in cXML integration configurations
- Experience in Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing, Catalog Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Expense Management, business performance benchmarking.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills
- Strong process management skills
- Strong aptitude in Reporting and data analysis
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment.
