About the role
- Vice President, Client Services– Non-Listed Issuers (Alternative Investments, REITs, and BDCs) - primary advocate for top-tier alternative asset clients, driving campaign strategies and enhancing Broadridge experience.
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product to strengthen client engagement, ensure delivery of impactful solutions, and support retention and growth.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients; act as Broadridge’s ambassador; maintain regular touchpoints and champion their business needs across all lines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define Proxy campaign roadmaps—detailing solicitation windows, required services (e.g., social media, call center, print), budgets, and timelines; confidently present strategies to clients.
Oversee campaign progress, monitor timelines, escalate issues, and provide coaching to strategists for successful outcomes.
Partner with sales/account executives to articulate client requirements, contribute to proposals, build engagement strategies, and deliver executive presentations.
Monitor industry changes, adapt internal processes to new regulations, and support development of compliant solutions.
Partner with internal analytics teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, actionable campaign reporting and continued alignment across operations.
Represent Broadridge at industry events and maintain active membership at industry organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline required; advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the alternative investments, asset management, or financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing or sales support leadership capacity.
Exposure to or Knowledge of Proxy is preferred
Experience managing proxy campaigns preferred
Demonstrated expertise in relationship management, campaign/project planning, and strategic consulting to large institutional clients.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable addressing executive-level stakeholders—both internal and external.
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/project management systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel for client meetings and represent Broadridge at industry events as needed.
