Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Time, Benefits, IT, and vendor implementation teams to understand integration requirements.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Manager, GlobalView, Benefits, Finance, and other third parties).
Develop integrations using Workday tools: Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF.
Configure and maintain Workday Core Connectors to support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Finance interfaces.
Participate in all testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing), ensuring accuracy and resolving issues.
Monitor integration schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide cutover/go-live/stabilization support.
Document integration specifications, flows, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
Stay current with Workday feature releases and assess their impact on existing integrations.
Provide production and business support for integration-related needs across the HRIS ecosystem.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
