Strategically focus on client satisfaction, maintain client communication, and overall management of the client relationship

Requirements
Bachelors and 12+ years of related experience
Post-graduate degree typically expected; Masters degree and 10+ years or PhD and 7+ years alternative
Specialized level of technical expertise or business acumen; recognized industry expert
Experience translating client business requirements into systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions
Experience as a technical or business consulting resource to business level managers
Experience in client relationship management and acting as client liaison during outsourced solution delivery
Experience providing direction for design activities and leading major initiatives/projects
Experience managing resources to achieve group objectives and ensuring on-time delivery of projects
Willingness/ability to work project-based and sometimes at customer sites
