About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor driving a unified customer experience
  • Manage assigned customers while onboarding, adopting, and realizing business value from VMware technology
  • Collaborate with VMware teams to deliver technology roadmaps, assessments, and best practices reviews
  • Help customers achieve desired outcomes rapidly with structured engagement plans
  • Present customer progress and achievements during Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and soft skills through VMware training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years related experience required
  • Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
  • Proven work experience in customer-facing positions (e.g. TAM, Solution Engineer, technology consultant)
  • Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and mapping additional VMware solutions to customer requirements
  • Technical expertise with VMware’s Multi-cloud products (vSphere, Cloud services, NSX, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CxO level personnel
