About the role
- Drive global go-to-market strategy for Workload Automation portfolio
- Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions
- Lead GTM strategy for new releases and market launches
- Create high-quality content including solution briefs and sales enablement tools
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research
- Drive pipeline-building initiatives in partnership with Global Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's and 12+ years hands-on experience in Workload Automation
- Deep familiarity with enterprise scheduling, orchestration, and automation ecosystems
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for ITOps, DevOps, and DataOps personas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical and executive-level content
- Strong analytical, competitive research, and strategic planning skills
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments with product, engineering, and sales organizations
