About the role
- Setup and execute Supply Chain Planning and Wafer Qualification activities across different sections of the supply chain.
- Provide leadership and insights into material planning and movement to meet customer demands.
- Develop and streamline material planning system.
- Collaborate with product engineering and R&D team to translate requirements into operational executions.
- Coordinate wafer qualification activities across different vendors and products to enable timely analysis of device failures.
Requirements
- Energetic with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to articulate concepts and technical information to audience of different levels.
- Important personality traits: Ability to adapt to high stress situation; resilient and willing to learn.
- Resourceful and perseverant in seeking and addressing root cause.
- Expert in supply chain planning systems (e.g. Oracle) and usage of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel automation.
- Proficiency in LEAN manufacturing and engineering tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SQC, DMAIC, etc.), Qualification systems (IATF16949, ISO9001, etc.), data analysis software (JMP, Minitab, Weibull++, etc.).
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and materials, failure analysis techniques and statistical knowledge will be advantageous.
