Join Brixmor as a Construction Adminstrator in our Roswell, GA office to support our Construction Department with financial administration, project documentation, and clerical tasks for retail construction projects. This full-time role requires a solid understanding of the construction process, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with tools like e-Builder and Salesforce. Responsibilities Manage construction-related administrative tasks, including: Assembling documents and setting up budgets in e-Builder Creating and amending commitments Reviewing invoices, pay applications, and lien waivers for accuracy Preparing architectural and GC contracts, RFP, and bid packages Maintaining consultant/GC lists, project files, and drawing library Monitor budgets and payment progress, running reports using accounting software Facilitate Property Management’s use of e-Builder Collect contractor Certificates of Insurance for Risk Management Handle general administrative duties (calendar management, correspondence, filing) Update reports and databases using e-Builder, Salesforce, JDE, and BI Support project assignments and interdepartmental communications
Requirements
BA/BS degree preferred
3-5 years’ experience in a construction-related administrative role preferred
Knowledge of job cost and project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with e-Builder, JDE, Salesforce, or similar systems (required)
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with meticulous attention to detail
Understanding of contracts and leases
Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset
