About the role
- š¦ Monitor shipments and route planning, ensuring on-time dispatch and adherence to scheduled appointments;
- š§¾ Process invoicing (tax invoices/NF) and issue shipping/travel documentation;
- šļø Support load assembly, ensuring correct composition and verification;
- š² Ensure the accuracy of information in the proof-of-delivery system;
- ā±ļø Monitor route lead times, identifying opportunities to improve delivery times and reduce costs;
- š Control service levels and generate reliable KPIs for performance monitoring.
Requirements
- š Degree or currently enrolled in a higher education/technical program in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields ā required;
- š» Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) ā required;
- š¦ Knowledge of inventory control ā highly desirable.
