Legal Assistant

• Track deadlines and schedule payments for the Legal Department
• Request and organize documents for legal defenses (especially labor, civil, and consumer cases)
• Support colleagues assigned to hearings and expert examinations
• Update the Legal Department's case and file tracking daily
• Provide support to internal departments on general inquiries, assessing risks and proposing alternatives with the support of external law firms
• Receive, review, and forward extrajudicial notifications for the preparation of counter-notifications
• Support projects and specific requests as directed by the manager.
