About the role
- Strategic leadership role responsible for maximising the impact, efficiency, and outcomes of the organisation’s resourcing, projects, sourcing and procurement activities
- Lead the development and implementation of benefit tracking and realisation strategies that ensure public money is spent effectively
- Focus on the end-to-end and sustainable realisation of benefits from commercial activity, including financial savings, social value, and improved service outcome
Requirements
- Substantial senior-level experience in project, procurement, commercial, or sourcing activities, ideally within a public sector or regulated context
- Proven expertise in benefits realisation, commercial impact tracking, and value-based decision-making
- Deep understanding of public procurement frameworks, project methodologies, sourcing policy, and contract management best practice
