About the role
- Lead the strategy, management and continuous improvement of the Bank’s website
- Ensure the website delivers a compliant, accessible and engaging experience
- Work closely with the Associate Director, Web Development & AI
- Translate insight and testing outcomes into actionable improvements
Requirements
- Significant experience managing and optimising large-scale websites and digital platforms
- Experience with Drupal CMS
- Familiarity with AI technologies or automation tools
- Understanding of SEO, A/B testing, UX and website optimisation methodologies
