About the role
- Lead the development and delivery of the Bank’s digital and AI strategy
- Manage front and back-end web development, architecture
- Review functional and technical specs, UX, UI, accessibility, compliance, data attribution modelling, data management and evaluation, CMS, CRM, Optimisation and broader digital activity
- Drive improvements in website architecture, automation, and platform integration
- Proactively lead engagement across the organisation and with internal and external stakeholders to recommend technical solutions
Requirements
- Significant experience leading and delivering website and digital strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Good understanding of website architecture, security, accessibility and compliance standards within a regulated environment
- Extensive experience overseeing enterprise-level Drupal CMS platforms, including governance, development roadmaps, module integration and optimisation for performance and accessibility
- Experience in applying AI and automation within digital platforms to enhance user experience, personalisation and efficiency
